Refund policy

We want you to try UNABI® properly. Our botanicals work with your body over time, so we ask you to give them a real chance — and we take the risk off you while you do.

You have 90 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a full refund, for any reason.

Opened jars are covered. If you've brewed half the jar and it isn't working for you, that still counts. You do not need to send an opened jar back, just email us and keep or discard what's left.

Unopened jars. If your order is still sealed, we'll email you a prepaid UPS return label. You pay nothing to send it back.

There is no restocking fee, and because shipping was free on your order, you're refunded the full amount you paid.

How to start a return

Email info@tryunabi.com with your order number and one line about what didn't work for you. That's the whole process — we ask so we can improve the product, not to talk you out of it.

If a return label is needed, we'll send it within one business day along with instructions. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us, as we can't process packages we aren't expecting.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please open your package when it arrives. If anything is broken, damaged in transit, or isn't what you ordered, email info@tryunabi.com with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you right away. This isn't limited to 90 days and doesn't require a return.

Fair use

This guarantee covers one opened jar per customer or household. If you ordered a multi-jar bundle, the additional jars simply need to be unopened to be refunded — we'll cover the return label for those.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to request a refund on your current order and place a new one — we'll process both in parallel so you aren't left waiting.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships to the European Union, you also have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, by emailing info@tryunabi.com. This right sits alongside the 90-day guarantee above, which is longer and more generous — you're welcome to use whichever suits you.

Refunds

We'll confirm by email as soon as your refund is approved. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since our approval email and you still don't see it, write to us at info@tryunabi.com and we'll chase it with you.
